Their son was born in 2005. He is very intelligent but cannot speak. He is in a special school and is now starting to say words but not clearly. In reading a blog on Customer-Service @ info ventures.com from "Curtis" written 6/21/03, he references his two sons born after a cell tower was installed across from his house. Same thing cannot speak clearly or at all. Yet his older son born before the tower is fine! Has anyone studied this problem?
