I stayed home from work one day. For the past 5 days, I have experienced: foul-smelling diarrhea; inflammation and swelling of my intestines; abdominal cramps; weakness; nausea; fatigue; dizziness; headaches; chills; muscle pain; swollen, bleeding hemrrhoids, and weight loss. How do I prove to Macy's that this happened and should I contact the Health Department? Thank you.
