		<description>What if all medical personnel were required to make the patient aware of any possible problems with the device they have implanted? What if someone had proof that the manufacturer hid  a known malfunctionfrom the patient and coerced the EP tech from telling the patient? Would there be a basis for criminal charges??</description>
