I started taking premarin in Nov. 1985 after having a hysterectomy…………I continued with it until diagnosed with breast cancer in March 1995. After many surgeries I am now cancer free. Is there any way I can become part of the class action suit????

Premarin pamphlet information in 1994 claimed that premarin would help protect the cardiovasular system. So after a complete hysterectomy I was put on premarin 0.625 qd for 6 yrs. Only to read years later that premarin only stops hot flashes. I could have managed the hot flashes, but I was diagnosed with estrogen postive breast cancer in 1995. Mastectomy in 1996. Is there anything that I can do in my situation about information being misleading. My life has been affected for life.

TOOK PRENARIN FOR 13 YEARS. DIAGNOSED WITH BREAST CANCER 2009 DOUBLE MASTECTOMY WITH CHEMO FOR 1 YEAR STILL UNDERWAY. CANNOT FIND A LAWYER. CAN ANYONE HELP??

I was placed on Premarin 1.25 in 1997 for 8 years after having a hysterectomy in 1995. The only reason I was told to stop taking it was because I was diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer in 2005. I had a mastectomy of my right breast and am now taking Tamoxifen for 5 years. How can I be included in the class action lawsuit against Premarin?

Is there also concern for cancer risks in using Premarin Vaginal Cream? My doctor prescribed 2G inserted twice weekly for my vaginal dryness, where I have some atrophy and discomfort during sex. I began using it about one month ago. I had a mild bloody show for two days, and felt somewhat crampy. I stopped using it. I have been menopausal since my last slight flow in April 2004, and finally once Dec. 2004. My recent pap smear came back clear. Just wondering about this Rx.

I HAD BREAST CANCER AFTER TAKEN PREMPRO FOR MORE THAN 7 YEARS. I HAVE A LAWSUIT AGAINST WEITH FOR MORE THAN 4 YEARS AGO. RECENTLY I ASKED MY LAWYER IF I WAS INCLUDED IN THE NATIONWIDE PREMPRO CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AND HER ANSWER WAS NO. CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT COULD I DO, BECAUSE I WOULD LIKE TO BE INCLUDED IN THIS PREMPRO CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. THANKS YOU.

My understanding is that they no longer prescribe Premarin or Prempro unless you have had a hysterectomy. They must have learned from their mistakes.

I had bilatteral mastectomy in August 2008 (after doctors prescribed based on numbers back in the 80’s)- so many women – so much breast cancer

My grandma took premarin for 15 years because her dr said it was safe. By the time she found out she had stage 3 endometrial cancer and past away less than two years after finding out.

I took Premarin for almost 2 years and was diagnosed with breast cancer. Had I known it was made from horse urine I wouldn’t have taken.

Hello all,Im very sad about all this as I have been takeing premin 1.25 twice a day for over 8 years,i cpmplainded to my docter about my severe headaches,leg pain,AND NOW IM BLEEDING FROM MY NIPPLES,BLACK GUE,Alot when i wash,i had my mamo wedsday thay said no lumps at all,but my breasts feel severe preasure like tere ganna burst,it hurts so bad,now my doc tells me just take one premerin a day not two.iand wants to see me monday,i dont know if i can trust her,Im scared as so many people are saying thay got cancer,well i will find out soon,any advise,thanks linda

my name is laura i took provera and premin and prempros for 15 years got breast cancer had surgery and got heart trouble and have such leg cramps i cant straighten up it is awful these cramps is hard to bear they are so severe .i dont want no one else to suffer like this its to bad .

I have been taking premrim 1.25 for foruteen years now,and sence then i have hard lumps in my breasts and i have sever leg cramps it hard to walk at times and sleep is out of the question ,I have sever head aches .
