I've called and the phone is always bus even though I've tried at different times of day over the past month. I sent them two emails through their website recall page with all the details they requested. They promise a reply and to replace the brackets in 4-5 business days. I have not heard from them at all. I've also sent them two emails on my personal email and the earliest was 2 weeks ago. They are not responding. I alerted the Consumer protection agency today, but I want to start getting some input from other parents and their experiences. thanks I have 2 of these cribs for my twins.
