		<description>Lennar was also suing the drywall manufacturer.  it&#039;ll be interesting to see if Lennar acknowledges the personal injury claim when it attempts to recover its own damages from the manufacturer.  Kind of a double edged sword I&#039;d say, for them to acknowlege it or not.

How many products are we going to buy from this country anyway, before we start inspecting them for toxins?  Everything I pick up in the store, well 90% of them I&#039;d say, says &quot;Made in China.&quot;  Unless you can just stop buying anything, there is not much choice for Americans anymore.  Our govt needs to provide the incentives or disincentives necessary to make American co&#039;s stay in the U.S., employ legal American Citizens, and produce safe products.  We&#039;re not getting any benefit from buying everything from China or moving our factories overseas...the benefit is to American co&#039;s who are cleaning up by running co&#039;s in China, Mexico, and countries where they can pay low wages, pollute at will, and bear no consequences.  Huge profits, bad products, a more polluted world, more damage people.  That is the price of supporting American corporate special interests, and our elected officials pander to them daily.</description>
