Funny how they put this off till 2011 until all their pipes are relined with a styrened resin product effecting houses and businesses. The residue will end up in Long Island Sound bypassing the WWTP. Insituform has the contract and has been known for fish kills and home evacuations. Styrene is just as harmful BPA. The contractors will use in-house marketing efforts without un-bias testing. A crime in anyones book. If you are affected by styrene odors or notice a spill, contact the USCG or your Emergency Response Team, don't settle for more BS by the contractor to cover this criminal activity.
