Brooklyn Bicyclist Critically Injured in Possible Hit-and-Run

A bicyclist was critically injured on September 15 in a possible hit-and-run in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn, New York.

Witnesses told police that the 43-year-old bicyclist appeared to have collided with a Jeep at Fulton Street and Tompkins Avenue just after 10:30 p.m. Thursday night. According to witnesses, the vehicle fled the accident scene, ABC 7 Eyewitness News reports.
The bicyclist was taken to Kings County Hospital in critical condition.

No arrests have been made and police continue to investigate the events that led to the cyclist’s injury.
