A massive recall of about 1 million defective <"http://www.yourlawyer.com/practice_areas/product_liability">Pool and Spa Drain Covers, manufactured by a number of different companies, was just announced by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).

The recalled Pool and Spa Drain Covers, were produced in the United States and China, sold by independent distributors to professional pool and spa builders and installers, and were manufactured by the following companies:

• Custom Molded Products, of Tyrone, Georgia
• Hayward Pool Products, of Elizabeth, New Jersey
• Pentair Water Pool and Spa, of Sanford, North Carolina
